Family Office Architect describes independent management consulting focused on operating-model design, governance, workflows, controls, reporting, vendor coordination, and implementation planning. “Independent” describes our intended advisory posture; it does not mean we are a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, audit firm, insurance producer, trust company, bank, cybersecurity assessor, or fiduciary.
No specialist advice or delegation
We do not provide legal opinions, tax advice, assurance, investment recommendations, custody, valuation, insurance coverage determinations, clinical services, or regulated fiduciary services through this Site. Discussion of those subjects identifies coordination needs only. Families remain responsible for decisions and for retaining appropriately licensed specialists.
Architecture is not implementation assurance
A target operating model, roadmap, control design, policy, provider comparison, or governance framework is not a certification of compliance and cannot eliminate error, misconduct, cyber events, disputes, loss, or service interruption. Effectiveness depends on accurate inputs, approvals, resources, training, execution, monitoring, and changing circumstances.
